Anyone selling Mannequin hands!?Follow

This is sort of a stupid post but I've been looking for these for entirely too long. I don't really want to do a BCNM20 just for these but it looks like that's what it's going to come down to. I just can not find them. Been /shouting in Jeuno a bit and checking almost every bazaar I run by, and nothing. Anyone selling or know someone that is? I don't even know what they're worth.
