Windurst and San d'Oria have tied before, but as usual, hell has officially frozen over when Bastok is anywhere near first :P
Last time we had first was probably sometime a year ago... Cornette run time for those of you who have poor windy fame >.>
When I first looked at the conquest map, I saw Bastok was in first and said "HOLY ****!" But then when I saw Windy and Bastok were tied, I was speechless.

I think back to the first days of the PS2 release, and all of the Lv 1-5 Red Mage's in South Gustaberg..and apply that to Japan and NA during the NA release :P.
Lastok should feel privileged to share anything with the almighty Windurst. Enjoy it while you can scum.
