Desperatly Need Bismarck WPFollow

Hi all, I'm coming back to the game after a 5 month abscence, and id like my new character to be on Bismarck, like my old one.Ive had the game ready again for about 3 days now, but i still havent played yet. Thanx in advance for help :)
