I also have this little question mark by my name, and I don't understand what it is. How do you get rid of it? I'm assuming it's a huge "newb" target, but I'm really not that bad off.

To get rid of the question mark you can either wait until you hit level 5 I think it is, or go menu>help desk>config and cancel new adventurer status.
