Ok.. I spent all day yesterday getting all my whispers for fenny... and I am looking for people that want to go fight him sometime tonight.
Now before anyone says anything, my WHM is only 68, and people generally expect lvl 70 mages, but the person that I do the avatar fights with thinks that I should not have a problem with fenny. I don't care if I die (I probably wont) I just want this done finally. So if you are willing to go with send me (jadennyte) or Flourite a tell in game.

The reason people want a whm 70+ is for r3. I went 0 for 13 on this before I finally won. This is a fun fight. I main tanked it as a pld/ninja when I finally won. Whm just has to let me cure myself every so often, so I can keep hate.
I went in when I was 61 thanks to some really cool friends. I wasn't useless either, I stunned Howling Moon. If I'd known how to use fraps back then I'd have taken a screeny of the box, I was so proud :D. Also don't bother putting RR up in there, lunar roar will dispell all buffs, including food. It's best just to run if things get bad.
Also dunno if this works or not, but everytime he lunar roar'd I put up protectra, shellra, barfira and sleepra. We figured maybe if everyone had more buffs that he might roar instead of Eclipse bite. Dunno if it worked, but we won :D

Since you're going as your taru I'll say this be very careful of the 2 hour. If it goes off unstunned (and it's not easy to stun, above poster should be proud XD) then there is a good chance you can die as a 68 taru whm. When I went, I was 71 and our taru whm was 72 or 73 I think. Either way, we BOTH got one shotted by it since I used my stun on something earlier, thinking it was howling moon ._. That was on a new moon, with dark carol up. We decided after that to just stay away during the two hour time (around 50% hp). The trick was, our set up was BLM, BRD, SAM, PLD/WAR, WHM, WHM. We had two WHM, a taru and a hume.
They tag team cured the PLD (and I back up cured too), and we timed it so the hume was in around 50%. After the two hour he used benediction, PLD used invincible (though the WHM thinks a curaga would've been fine, he is right I think, but eh, figured it couldn't hurt to just two hour). Not really the quickest or most efficient way to beat Fenrir, but it was fun beating him with what we had rather than excluding people because of their job.
