Excited about the changes, but....Follow

I'm really psyched about all the stuff that they are adding in this update (Diablos *drool*), but my issue is that, where is the new stuff for lower lvl people? Why does it seem like Equenix only adds new content or quests for the higher lvl areas? What about all the people that just lvl various lower lvl jobs, or the new players that won't get to see all of this for a long time?
