Here's a thread from the vanguard boards... I wish the guy had posted the link to the original GM post.

Basically, it mentions how some Final Fantasy GMs have been hired through other companies and are paid a fixed fee per ticket (calls).

I have done CS in the past (phone, for an ISP) and we had part of our employees working through a similar deal, part of them not... I can tell you, those paid *per call* didn't give a **** and did everything they humanly could to just forward the call to whoever, whether the person the call was transfered to was qualified or not to answer.
