Glad to see I didn't just 'miss' something in the post and there are others just as confused lmao.
I think he is trying to say he met a female character on the game that acted like a girl who was a guy and if anyone ever trys to meet some one they should always get there phone number to clarify if they are really a girl.

You need more than just a phone call...some people are quite adapt at disguising their voices these days^^
A picture/webcam of the person holding up their character name written in ink on a sheet of paper would be much better for that sort of thing, if you really want to check up on a person to see if they are who they claim to be.
