the amount of ppl that are lfp but when you ask them they say no'thanks or they are busy or simply NEVER relpy?
I understand that ppl forget to put down their flags but i dont believe that many ppl can forget with in the span of an hour.

Example
Johnma: excuse me party?
Random whm lfp- no response
couple minutes later - whm seacom message -no i dont want to pt leave me the F*** alone, flag still up.
That happened a few days ago. Seriously

Example #2
Johnma - excuse me party?
whm - no thanks im gonna wash dishs instead.
-_-

Idk im annoyed that it seems to happen everyday. Maybe Johnma has just become so hated on bismarck ppl just run for the hills. Anyone else ever feel like this?

well.. im a bard.. and the number of unwanted invites i get are unfathomable..the only times i do use the lfp flag is when im in god/hnm/something of that nature event.. many people have mistaked that for being looking for exp.. even with comment "{experience points} {no thanks}".. but even so.. jobs like mine tend to get.. picky about their ptys and who they pt with due to the higher demand for them.. people that only accept special ptys( i.e. mnk pt, war pt, blm pt) tend to be asses to everyone else about ptys.. now personally i think that's the most noobly thing anyone on any job can ever do.. but it does happen.. notice how it only happens with whms and other jobs of high demand.. im sure a drg lfp wouldnt say {no thanks}..but yea just my 2 cents ^^

Qinnydar : Hey Aetheon, man omg, I need BRD for Manaburn, you know you want it.

Aetheon: I do want it man, but I can't though, gotta level MNK with the woman. I'm whipped.

I hate when you're not looking for a party, someone asks you, you tell them you can't, and they don't reply to that. It just seems kind of rude.

It should be more like:
Party Leader-"Excuse me, sorry to bother you but would you be interested in a party?"
You-"I'm sorry, normally I would but I am busy/logging out soon."
Party Leader-"Oh OK, sorry to bother you." (Or something along these lines...)

I normally get:
Party leader-"pt?"
Me-"I'm sorry, I would but I have to study for an exam I have tomorrow."
Party leader-no reply whatsoever.

Maybe I'm just being picky, but I think it's rude not to acknowledge the person just because they weren't able to party with you.

It was from an old Herbal Essences commercial.

Guy: Wanna go out with me tomorrow?
Girl: Sorry, I can't.. I gotta wash my hair.

I seem to get a majority of my invites when I'm afk for like 2-3mins tops. When I come back, they have already filled my spot with another person. That's what kinda irritates me. I mean, a trip tto the WC or to the kitchen to grab a can of soda or a snack doesn't usually take extensive amounts of time. But I always seem to come back and get a response of "Sorry. I got someone else." That's something that bothers me to a point. Bad luck? Maybe.

But, I like to give someone about 2-3mins to respond unless it's a high demand job like Brd, Whm, or Rdm. Then I'll wait a bit longer for a response. Even then I get ignored some times.

My favorite is when you get at tell out of the blue...

Them: tnl?
Me: xxxx tnl

then we a couple of mins and then a couple of mins more...only to never hear anything again. I mean how friggin hard is it to say sorry, you are too high or too low.
