Culverin; Seeking a Crafter or SellerFollow

Hello. After almost religiously checking the AH every single time I use it to sell or by something, for about the last 2 months, I have been unable to find this gun. SO, I came here. I am looking for someone that can sell me, or craft for me, a Culverin, or, a Culverin+1 (even though i know theres never been one on the AH.)
