I am bored at work here and I got to thinking what can be desynthed. And not only what can, but if anyone has ever tried it and knows what you would get. For example, has anyone ever desynthed an Osode? or AF? or maybe some AF2 even? I am pretty sure all of these things can be desynthed. ONe of these days I am gonna try and desynth my AF weapons as well as BLM AF feet. But I was wondering if anyone ever tried this. I would think this would be a hell of a way to quit the game...

Nope, not quitting. Just really bored at work. Got to thinking that if someone desynthed an Osode, I bet they would get some pretty good drops.
well, a friend of a friend of mine told him that... if you desynth a Obsode and get HQ3, you get a Super-Virtous Stone that can be used to on the ebons panels in Sea to Freeze AV to move at all!

im bored at work too.........but i know u cant desynth the rogue's bonnet..cause i tried that by accident one day. It will just tell you that it cant be done.

I desynthed arons mom and got two crack whores and a dirty hooker. I imagine if you could HQ the desynth that you'd end up with two crack whores, a dirty hooker and a baby boy. I suppose we now know how Aron was brought into the world...
On another note...I am gonna try and desynth anything I dont remotely care about tonight. I'll let you all know.

Suzaku's Sunate can be turned into a shining cloth. I read it on the tradeskill forums, not sure how accurate it is
the only one ive seen screenshots of was suzakus > brass ingot, oh and someone attempting to desynth a haidaite. They failed and lost the haidaite
