Since all of us set goals for ourselves in hope that we can one day achieve them, I came up with this thread. (Plus I'm waiting for maintenance to be over ^^; hehe) I'm curious to see what the people on Bismarck want to do or, have something that they've already accomplished that they are proud of.
I have a few goals in mind:
1.) Upgrade my current lance
2.) Get Rutter Sabatons or Barone boots
3.) Finish up War AF
4.) Get 75 Drg and a few merits
5.) Farm up enough gil to purchase a Hauby
6.) Get all of CoP done and sea access
7.) Finish RoTZ and DM to get me a shiny new earring
Stuff that I'm proud of:
1.) My LS getting an O-Hat run together for me and winning
2.) Hitting 57 War
3.) *Finally* completing PM 2-3 last night
(There's probably a bunch more but my mind is a bit foggy at the moment.)

Boy oh boy there sure is a lot out there for me to do yet before I even entertain the idea of quitting the game. For instance, when it comes to missions I need to finally kill off Zilart by doing the Ark Angels in and claiming their jewelry. Once the ZMs are in the can, I can then get through the PMs (of which I am currently in need to keeeel the minotaur). When it comes to AMs I am as far as I can get without doing more assaults I think. Sadly, I am still a private second class and missing the Irusi Atoll staging point! ;~; So there's a few more goals there.
I'd love to switch allegiance sometime so I can experience the storylines in Bastok and Windurst (though Sandy will always be my home). In addition I still need all the non-Carbuncle summons. I'd like to get more jobs leveled up, too, as my signature shows in all its colorful glory.
But when it comes to out of game stuff, I NEED TO WRITE MORE FANFICS!

Yeah, I'd like to do all of that myself. Some of the missions for Bastok and Windy have interesting names and I'd like to see how other nations operate. None of this smug Elvaan crap! lol As it stands right now, I have the fame to do Garuda and Shiva only because I have the highest fame I can get in Sandy. <3 the hometown. I'd also love to get Nin and Thf to 37 so that I can sub it for War if needed.
Just my opinion on PM 2-3. The fight is cake. It's really not what most make it out to be. Getting there was a bit of a pain, but if you get a hold of someone who knows the way there, they can just go and you and whoever else is in the pt will get drawn in. It's just like the G2 mobs where they'd pull you in. So, all-in-all, it's really not that hard to win. I do advise your tank bring a stack or two of Holy Water since he likes to spam Doom. >.<
