Linkshell Ideas - I NEED OPINIONS!Follow

Please post all thoughts on this, I'm very open to suggestions.

Some time this month, I'm planning on starting my very own linkshell. I've been playing since this game came out in NA. I've taken my time, explored a lot of different aspects of the game, and have finally resolved to get a character to 75. With 75, you sort of join an entirely different game within ffxi. Everybody bounces around between other jobs, Dynamis, Sky, Sea, Assault/Besieged, etc. My only problem is that I work 2nd shift. This makes it very hard to find decent parties for leveling, joining LS events, so on. What I would like to try to do is, a 3rd shift Linkshell.

That's right, a linkshell for everyone who doesn't even log on until after 10pm. I don't want this to be a social shell, but an event oriented one. I would like to sort of consolidate as many of the English speaking players into one late night shell if I can. I will be level 65 within a few weeks, and once that number rolls around, I want to give this a shot.

I would like to use this post as sort of a running recruitment page as well. Post your name if ur interested, and when I get the shell up and running, I'll /tell you in game and hand out a pearl.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE/RUN A LINKSHELL PLEASE READ! I want this LS to be the supplement to all the daytime LS's out there. We'll run our own events, but anybody who already has a regular shell will be welcome. All LS events wouldn't start until 11pm central time, giving people plenty of time to wrap up events they already are committed to. If you run an LS, please feel free to send us your late nighters. We'll help get them the gear and gil they need to be more valuable members of your shell.
