PoL Registering Expansions

I didn't know where else to post this and seeing as Bismarck is the server I'm from I thought meh why not >_>..

I've just un-installed FFXI and Rise of Zliart, I've now re-installed both with an additional expansion pack Chains of Promathia. Everything's gone fine, I finally get on the game, it tells me that I need to register Zilart and CoP so I go back to register them and bam.. Tells me my password/user name is invalid or incomplete.. I'm sitting here like "What the hell, did you not just accept this two mins ago to friggin' let me in?!".. So yeah. :| What could be wrong?

I get the error:

UCS-5000

I've tried online PoL chat support with the agents but as it's a saturday no one's working I don't think haha, I'll try the e-mail if no one can help me here. :(

make sure you are putting the right codes in the right places, you have ffxi registration codes and playonline registration codes and cop and zilart. make sure they are al plugged in the right holes. also I believe they are case sensitive so copy them exactly. hope this helps

No, I don't even get the chance to put in my validation codes..

It's my USERNAME and PASSWORD that it's requesting that it says is invalid/incomplete, but I've just previously used them and it let me into PoL.. |:
