My name is retribution. It means "Punishment inflicted in the spirit of moral outrage or personal vengeance." Cool hu. I just started yesterday as a Red mage Hum. Im looking foward to playing with everyone. Any helpfull n00bie tips would be great.
Congratulations. I think you will find Bismarck of course has its problems with RMT and the normal, but overall our server is pretty badass. I think you will definitely enjoy the VERY drastic drop in prices server wide we're having right now-so you're not too strained for money when you start. GL in the game, and like the name ^^ -Gimley

Welcome to Bismarck, which is a very nice server to play in. Most of the players I have encountered have been helpful and respectful.
If you want to start making some spending gil I would recommend farming bees for beehive chips or crawlers for spools of silk thread and sell those via the Auction House.
You can also trying fishing in towns (fresh water areas) with a cheap yew rod and Insect paste as bait (or little worms if your short on gil) to catch Moat Carp, which you can also sell to the AH.
Hope you enjoy your stay.

Wow, I realy didnt think i would get so many responces so fast. Thats cool. I will be on at 3:30 mst almost every day. Im at work right now just wanting to get off and play. You know how it is when you get a new game. Well thanks alot to all for the tips and just the friendly invites. Ill be on every evening probly trying to PL. Entell i can at least get my sub-job. My Hums name is Retribution, so fell free to say whats up. thanks again for all the positive feedback. The Bismarck server was highly recomended to me and I can see why.
