To the PUP's at level 60 or above or anyone who see's any of these ENM attachments on people to sell..or any pup's that decide to put it on AH, we're looking for them.

Can they be crafted at all?
No. ENM drop only, and the drop rate is crap. Basically, if anyone is on this forum, they won't have any spares. That's how bad it is, from what I hear.
That's basically it. a Lunies member had it on the AH but when I was about to buy it. he took it off put it in his bazaar for max gil lol and just held it guess he is holding it for someone.
But yeah the ENM isn't easy, drop rate is..like any other but bright side you can get more than one in a drop.
