okay... i was not aware that could happen, if anyone has a better way of doing the trade, please tell. my intentions are not to exploit ppl, but simply get my gil transfered to my main character on the shiva server.
as far as i know you can't move money or items from one server to another. so you're SOL

As in you have 2 mil on shiva and rather have it in Bismarck you both trade it.
Only thing it's HIGH chance of scam and since it's a trade GM's can't help ya really.

wow, why are people making it seems like a fraud... i simply want to go back to shiva server and i can't do it without getting my gil over there... i would elaborate on why i joined bismarck but that is unneeded info... unless someone really wants to know.

i'd love to know how money is passed from 1 server to another since i know of no way to do it. are you suggesting each player has a character on both servers and just pass the money between the chars that way? or are you saying the money actually moves from bismarck to shiva, since like i said before, its not possible.

yeah but problem is who trades first? Say you trade first on shiva and log into bismark to get your gil and guess who does not show up.... Not saying that would happen just letting ppl know of a bad situation. The other thing is 2M gil is not that much, if this does not work for you chalk it up as a loss.

You trade your 2 mil on shiva then the other person (should lol) logs onto bismarck to give you their 2 mil on bismarck.

that is why i suggested a means of instant chat so we could make the trade go smoothly. but if anyone does want to trade, my bismarck char is waiting to be deleted once the money is traded. just plz let me know

the situation:
i started playing ffxi on 360 a little before august and i was assigned shiva as my server, so i developed a great community there, and then in september my bro came in for a week (he is in the navy) he had bought a laptop on his last trip and i showed him ffxi and he loved it (the both of us used to play diablo 2: LoD) we love mmorpgs and he was sent to the bismarck server. Well i didn't want to start over an i was like omg just come to my server, well a friend in his ls helped him get established and all so we both were like 'starting over will be hell'. well i finally broke down and created a character on bismarck. now my bro got his internet priviledges taken away from... verizon? (he downloaded over 10gb of stuff in less than a month) so now i have a character established on bismarck that needs to be deleted, but i need to trade the gil for shiva gil before i can delete my character.
... that is the situation. so yes, any help would be great.

What lvl is your character? I know Gamion buys accounts on ebay and strips them down. You can sell your bismarck account to Gamion and then He can get one of his gil selling friends to sell you the 2 mil you need. good luck!
