Leathercraft (61)
Goldsmithing (54)
Clothcraft (--) (somewhere in the 40's I would imagine.)

I can't make this, just wanted to point out something I found in the item thread:
That'd make the cap higher than the ~40 you estimated, which is nice to know if you don't want an item to blow up.
Also, GS might be higher than 54:
I just crafted this for someone, who said that the leathercraft was 61, the gold was 54 and the cloth was unknown. Based on the materials I was a little hesitant, but we went ahead with it. It succeeded and I got .1 in gold, so the cap for it is at least 57 gold.
