Returning to Bismark.Follow

Heyyy everybody,
I've decided to return to FFXI after a long absence, I used to play alot with a close group of friends but they decided not to return with me :(.
So anyway since I am alone now I'm looking to join an LS that does activities and hopefully clue me in a bit on the new expansion stuff. I've got a 70war and 67pld with Sky, I think I'm still up to the Promyvions and I just got Aht Uhgan.
I play fairly often under the character name Phase and am willing to help with anything I can. So yeah just looking to join a decent friendly LS.
