ToD of Stubborn Dredvodd after Feb.2 maintFollow

Just wondering if anyone can help me out. Has anyone seen or know someone who as seen Stubborn Dredvodd die after Feb.2 maint. i camped him all night and morning and nothing.

for those that dont know by name, he is the Orc Dragoon NM that jumps onto the Manaclipper that leaves from north to south landing in carp/landing. drops rare/ex stuff. thanks for the help.
