Gallant Surcoat PLD AF3Follow

first time i'm posting for assistance on anything on the forums, so here goes:

i've heard that the PLD AF3 Davoi NMs (orcs) are obnoxious and deserve a gigantic beating. in fact, they deserve so great a beating that i was hoping to get it done within the next two days. i'm especially eyeing that treasure that comes along with killing them, since their slimy claws have been on it for way too long.

specifically, i have been advised to have at least a 2 pt alliance, with at least 2 very good tanks. but other than that, anyone lvls 60+ would be very welcome.

so who wants some orc stew?

i don't think so, but i'm not sure. is your orcs 2 orcs, one pld one rng?

LoL nvm then. Mine was a PLD and a MNK orc. I went with a RDM (Eliminater) and Thrilla I believe. I also had Nazgul (Retired WHM :-/) and it went pretty easily. Eliminater Stoneskined and tanked the MNK during Hundred Fists. We all made the PLD look silly. (Monks tend to do that. :-b) j/k. Sorry man, it's going to be a bit before I'll be much good.

Well I am currently lv 56 still. But I can still swing my ;ance and sic my wyvern on those orcs. And it the least i could do since you gave your life for my AF2 NM. So when lert me know when you head to davoi,

to make things less worrisome, i feel i should set a date for this to happen. as school just started for me, i'm still trying to iron out schedules and get back in the groove of things. so i reckon the earliest time will be either friday or saturday this week, evening EST. rest assured i will at least ask a day in advance, and grab all the necessary people prior.

so just do what you're doing in game. i'll probably send each a personal /tell to confirm attendance. i'm sure the orcs will appreciate a turn out. thanks again.

yes leetfade, i've done the castle zavhl part already. it was quite amusing that i got the drop while going up for the mission 5-2. finding the coffer though was a totally different matter. :p managed it after a near 2 hour intensive coffer hunt, dodging all the crazy mobs. i skilled up by 4 lvls on enhancing magic that day. >_<

I'm ok for Saturday up until about 9pm EST. That's my club night. :-b. It's the only way I remember what RL is sometimes. LoL

probably going to choco to davoi, and we'll head into the battle area asap. make some orc stew, and warp out of there. i'll try to get blms for warp II, but please come with a means to get home in the event that the blms are unavailable.

i hope to finish this quest in an hour to 2 hours, 3 hours being overtime.
