Well, since Mattea no longer can give us our friday "Weekend goal" thread as he can no longer visit us here while at work. ; ;
Having said that, I felt it dire that we still continue on the tradition... I mean, it's like a tradition...
Anyways, my weekend goals are as follows:
1) Level SMN from half way into 39 to half way into lvl 42 (at least).
2) Level Clothcraft from 23 to 28 (or 30) so I can use signature crystals.

You could keep creating and deleting your character until you end up on Cerberus world before I could help you... I've got another 5 to 6 hrs before I can log into FFXI again, and even then, it will be 14 hrs till I log out. ^^

My mistake then, Leet, you're just so ubiquitous with your aid, I assumed there was never a Bladesinger providing help without you there. And I was so hoping to make it through the list to that point...but if we're not measuring up to you, what's the point? lol

I have one goal this weekend...to get my THF to lv 25 and to keep my arhcery and dagger skills capped while Im doing it. Currently I am 1K into lv 19. (got a pt in Korroloka Tunnel last night and got from 17-19 in less than 2 hours ten had to leave)Given how much downtime I have had due to sitting idle waiting for a party invite this may be a lofty goal but I think I can do it if I can get a few good parties....
Then next week (hopefully...) the plans are to go back to WAR (almost 45) with a THF sub and get that to 50 then go back to THF and MNK and get them to or around 37

I read this thread at work on friday and decided to give it a try.
My very first battle I lost, but learned a strategy that helped me win the second time. I guess that must have been a lucky fluke, or I've had a bad run of luck since... but I've lost about half a dozen more since. Infact, instead of leveling from half way into lvl 39, I am now level 38 again, about 400 exp from leveling back into 39. I didn't touch clothcraft this weekend, instead I spent most my gil on the bcnm's.
My winnings? A platoon disc I'm keeping for myself, a thunder spirit pact which I'm currently selling and a mannequin's head (which I believe is preventing me from winning any others, afterall it is a rare piece and my next win will probably have a head that will be put to waste cause I already posses one).

My weekend goals were to level my sub a bit, do my AF1 and possibly AF2 quests, and that's about it. Well, I got sick Friday evening . . . and I still am now, Sunday night. Fantastic. SO I guess those goals will *try* to be accomplished this week/weekend.

Ended up reaching lvl 64 Alchemy though but still need that last 2.5k of xp

I got THF to 24 so I can finally equip my Nadrs.
Leveled Marksmanship and Archery pretty well (preparing for Promy)
Added 3 or 4 to the LS and got 2 of them their Papy. :-b
I found a GREAT spot to level my 11RNG and scavenge. o.O Idelle knows it. LoL
My big goal this weekend was to have fun and I did, so I'm content. :-b
Oh yeah.. got Enthuz and some other PLDs their AF in Davoi. I didn't think I'd be killing an Orc Champion any time soon. LoL. They didn't let me solo Three-Eyed though. :-/ Meanies. LoL.

This weekend was a busy one. Played alot of Ballista on my Bard in 60 and uncapped and on my war/nin is 30 and 40 cap. Lots of fun. did the usual hnm thing and i got my Bard AF2 Boots from Dynamis-Jeuno last night, although they aren't very good compared to the armor i already have for my feet, its another cool thing to have :) That being said, i think today can constitue as the weekend still and here are my goals.
Get Raw Fish Handling (done)
get to 90 Cooking (done)
Get Woodworking to 60 (already at 23!)
Get Lumberjack Key item from guild.
Get blm from 33 to 37
Get warrior from 36-40
Level WHM some more
and maybe XP on bard
Beat Tiamat (we got down to 5% and died ; ;)
Hopefully end my losing streak on byakko pants and Kirin's Osode 0-5 on both @@; My ls always gets crappy drops.
For all the things I want to do, never enough time in the day ; ; But i'm sure i'll get this all done by the end of the week, i hope ^^

Well i'm pretty discouraged... i didn't get much done this weekend for myself. I did help some LS friends w/ Pappy... so i am happy they got past that dreadful pain^^
