This is a SOS

I am a Ps2 player and I for the most part have no Probs.
But this morning I tried to Log on and the Icon for Playonline
does not show up anymore.

I tried calling Tech support (Useless -.-)

is anyone else a PS2 user who has come across this? and if so How do I fix it.

Please help me I was a lvl 50 rdm with a 30 smn I dont want to lose my acount.

I would think you would be able to reinstall the game.

I've had to do that before but on pc.

just hope you saved all your info that came in the box with the game. serieal numbers and such.

I have mine written down on a napkin for safe kepping I keeo it on the floor for safe keeping. ^^

So um.. no worries.. think about trying to re instal.

or put it under yout pillow and hope all will be will in the morning

Dude, chill. If you have your FFXI discs that came with your HDD kit, you're in good shape. Just re-install and re-update. Set up all of your macros and everything that gets saved locally again. I use to work tech support for EA, I'm surprised SE tech support could not help you with a problem with a simple solution >.>
