I would like to start a group, and I need like-minded people to help me. When I played my first character on Fairy server, you could find exp parties in Tahrongi, Shakhrami, and Buburimu. I did my sub-job quest in Mhaura, and I had no trouble finding groups that were hunting dhalmels or bogies. Now, between levels 10 and... well, whatever they go to there, you cannot find an exp party anywhere but Valkurm. And if you try to do your sub-job quest in Mhaura, you will be the *only* person doing it there, and you will have no help. Even with my first character, this sort of thing happened at later levels. Between 20 and 25 I *had* to go to Qufim. Between 25 and 33 I *had* to go to Elshimo. And at level 33, I *had* to go to Garlaige. I cannot overemphasize how much I detest the mentality of "At level X, the only good place to level is Z, so you *must* go there."

The point is, I want to form a group of people who are interested in forming exp parties in unpopular places. Ideally, these would be people who aren't afraid to experiment, and maybe even to die a few times, finding alternatives to the overhyped, overcamped zones that are populated by people of lesser intelligence and/or courage. If you're so sick of Valkurm, Qufim, Elshimo, Garlaige, or the Crawler's Nest that you want to burn the place to the ground, post here. If you want to do your sub-job quest in Mhaura just to show you can, post here. We'll make a linkshell of it. We'll make a revolution of it!

There used to be a lot of people exp partying in tahrongi, shakrami, and buburimu. In Fact Shakrami was always overcrowded, andyou could usually find about 3 parties in Buburimo right outside Mhuara's gates.

I still level in those places and many other of my personal favorites and I completely skip overcrowded areas such as Valkrum and Crawler's Nest. You are on the right track trying to form a static party though because LFG in those areas will be futile.

I'm sorry I can't do the static party with you but if you ever need a suggestion for a "alternative" leveling spot send me a /tell because I have quite a few that I use that i wouldnt mind sharing.

Edit: btw i have left many parties because they had or wanted to have a PL, so I know what you mean.

There are so many alternate leveling spot people have not tried, and is fairly good (or just as good). I will suggest some the unusal ones (apart from the Maze) that I have been in the past. Yes, the Maze used to be extremely crowded, now it is mainly housed by Argus campers, and crawler farmers.

27-29 Outpost of Yuhtunga Jungle (Goblin)
29-31 Outside Sea Serpent Grotto - Yuhtunga Jungle (Fish and Sahgin)
32-34 Sea Serpent Grotto (Outside Norg)
35-42 Western Atelpa Desert (From East-West zone and near the big rock in the west side of the Western Desert)
37-42 Behemoth's Dominion
43-46 Quicksand Caves
47-52 Quicksand Caves, Sea Serpent Grotto (Coffer Key Mobs)
59-63 Upper Delkfutt's Tower (11-12th floor)
62-64 Attohwa Chasm (west side)

The problem with being power leveled is that you do not need to be power leveled to level. Having someone to hold your hands reduce the fun to the journey to level 75. It is not about leveling fast, it is about fun and adventure.
