Edit: Got rid of the rant in the interest of settling things without additional drama.

Come on Tiny, No love for the party you had afterwards? :P
#3 Jan 27 2005 at 7:05 PM Rating: Decent
Hey tiny.

I found out about this from a friend who sent me a link. I see parts of your story which you bent a bit to create the image of me being an antagonist. Things such as "our poor dragoon came limping back" and "Rokuro ignored me". Well I do admit the party wasn't the perfect one but it seems the nin I invited could'nt keep hate as well as I thought he would. So Looks like I made a mistake as a pt leader and I'm sorry. I also am sorry about abandoning the party like such, I could have for instance asked the nin to leave for a pld if I could find one. But I diddn't.. I say with the upmost cinserity when I say I am sorry for ruining your time.

Now, I do remember you asking about creating a distortion, to which I replyed "Ok, <Double Thrust> >> <Sturmwind> ?" to which the drg agreed. I'm sorry if you missed that. To the pulling instance, I minded your mp along with others, I don't quite remember what our hp sittuation was at but I would never ask a puller to go grab a mob as a party leader unless I knew it was safe.

Regarding your little uneeded outburst in overall, I don't think It's that mature to /tell me and tell me upfront that you "don't mean to attack me or anything" and told me that the party was "pathetic" then you build up anger with your linkshell and post here, contridicting yourself and saying and doing the complete opposite.(not to mention spreading rumors about a person over the internet..)

I'm going to disregard the IGE game account buying as well, for you know nothing about me.

Good Day.

Ok, i'm not the type to keep a grudge for long. I accept your apology. I may have over reacted a bit in my post, but I was really quite angry. If people dont treat each other with respect in this game, it is no longer fun to play.

Yeah dahlgren, that party afterward rocked hard. We had a great routine set up on those crabs. Let me know if you want to party again :)

I should have left after the first fight. We did not have a whm, and were using our RDM and BRD to heal during battle.

I've only had this mage setup twice, but from my experience, I would take RDM + BRD anyday over WHM. Maybe you just have to have people who know how to work this combo well, but when I've had RDM + BRD w/ no WHM, the exp came flowing in vast amounts.

Rokuro, if you are reading this, return your bought character to IGE and go back to the dunes. Also drop dead.

Wow, such harshness. Smiley: eek I know you probably didn't REALLY want him to drop dead, but still... It was one death and a one bad party experience. Don't let it get to you that much.

I remember partying with Rokuro in Yhoator Jungle near the Ifrit's Cauldron zone killing Goblin Hunters and Goblin Bouncers. It was an awesome party and he proved to me he was an excellent player.

Sometimes we just have a run of bad luck. Sounds like that's what you had. Hell, we've all had bad luck at some point. I know I have. I just hate seeing people aggrevated about the game. If you've had some bad luck, send me a tell, and I'll see if I can help you turn it around.

Well, its good to see that the two of you got things settled. When you are angry you can rant and forget what you are saying, or like Leetfade said "Stress makes you act improper" (referring to Rokuro). Lets just keep the peace =D

Hmmm, then musn't have had many good whm :P Yes its true that Brd+Rdm is an efficient combination, but I level my WHM with some LS friends, its Nin,Rng,Rng,Thf,Brd,Whm (me) and I think that if we didn't have as whm, the rangers would die alot more. Flash and Cure 5 are amazing! Of course, being a bard, i know how it is with a rdm as main healer, and if they are good it can be very nice XP. But a good whm can do it better. The other night my party was lvl 63 fighting Elder Goobbue in Boyahda Tree (they are like, lvl 70 xp mob @@) and I was landing Dia, Para, Slow without a problem and Flash and Cure 5 saved the rangers alot lol. So give whm some <3.

/laugh Banigaru. Not everyone has your level of mastery. :-b

Ok I just want to say that I appreciate the effort made by Rokuro, Tiny, and even Eilurac for settling this issue before it became another flame war. I commend the two parties involved for doing as such as it's definitely not the norm.

Yes, Rokuro, I have spoken with Eilurac regarding a dual LS coffer run to help build a better inter-LS relationship. Like I mentioned to Eilurac yesterday, I was a pearl holder to Phoenix Knights at one time. ;-b. We will set this up some time soon. We actually got a Eldieme coffer key by dumb luck last night. We went to kill Lich C Magnus for a quest, and received a coffer key after one Tomb Warrior kill along the way. LoL. (I even got a Falcastra out of a treasure chest. Good night. :-b)

I believe we still have 4 or 5 members that need that key, however, so we could easily fill a party or two of people to go. A fair warning, I have a whip I tend to crack if people put my members in danger. :-b. I'm not by any means saying you will, but I know LS' who have a lot of goof offs that opt to not listen and just run off on their own.

When venturing into difficult areas I put the safety of my people first. I have a feeling that Eilurac is the same way so I will trust his judgement.

As of right now we have loosely planned to do Promy-Mea Saturday so maybe we can arrange something on Sunday to grab a couple keys. If we are having a lot of trouble getting drops, I would probably prefer to make two runs out of it. It sounds like we're going to need quite a few keys, and nobody wants to spend 10 hours in Helldieme.

Once again, I'm glad the two of you opted to work things out amongst yourself. I don't want to see a negative shadow cast on to either LS and I think this resolve helps. Tell HarryGarry I have no idea who he is and I'm not sure why I have him /blisted. LoL. If he was spamming in Jeuno or somewhere I probably blisted him for that. No idea. Anyways, see you all in Vana.

You know, with all this forgiving crap, what happens to the drama!!!???

just kidding, but its rare to see conflicts resolved so easily. Nice to see these days considering the bickering that occurs on other servers. Ours, is quite unstressfull. /cheer! I feel like going on an AF, Genkai run sometime, if i'm not busy with LS event or XPing i'll come bard/war! (so fun XD)
