Superbowl BettingFollow

Hey folks, I'm always viewing stuff on the boards but don't post much because I don't feel like rehashing stuff that's already been said and try to stay out of the server drama.

Anyhoo....

People have been complaining about how boring gambling with a casino, spamming /random, and the risk of losing gil to some asshats rank 1 mule that is on /anon. So for 1 time only I will be opening up Russdabus Booking Services for the Superbowl this Sunday.

It is a one time deal only for the biggest sporting event in the world. This is how it works.

The point spread as of this very moment is the Philadelphia Eagles getting 7.5 points. So, for the unschooled in the ways of betting the spread, if you think the Patriots will win by 8 points or more, you then bet on the Eagles. If you think that either the Eagles will win, or lose by 1-7 points, then you bet on the Eagles.

Just like in real life there will be a small vig (or fee the house or bookie collects). The vig will be set at 10%. So if you want to bet 5,000 you will send/trade me 5,500. If you place a losing bet I keep the gil. If you win, then I will send you back/trade 10,000. Max bet is 5K, and I do reserve the right to adjust the point spread (just like the big boy). I'm not looking to make a huge amount of money, or go broke. Just something to do for fun

I understand if people are concerned about scams and being burned you can ask the people from WST or Vanadiels Finest about me. I'm doing this with my main character Russdabus 55whm Rank 5, not a mule, so it'd be pretty foolish for me to ***** people.

PS... I will not be shouting this in Jeuno or any other town. I do that enough while tele-taxiing.

Well you dont have to, however that would net you the biggest money.

I'd bet N.E. only cause I can't bet against my team.

HOwever, if you think NE will clear the spread, wouldn't you bet on NE?

I like how big of a Diehard fan you guys are...I think the Eagles are gonna win, Patriots went last year, I don't think they can do it twice in a row^^

I know nothing of sports, so I will make a bold bet! I am betting 5000g that a football team made up of football players will in fact win this superbowl. I know i'm going out on a limb here, but one has to live dangerously and throw caution to the wind every so often.

I hope San Doria wins the next ballista match in Meriphataud Mountains by 6 petras!!

At best for the eagles it will be a close game. It won't be a blowout in their favor, I can assure you of that. I'm not saying the Pats are a shoe in to win, but I'm also not being an ******* about how they suck, and don't have a chance.

Everyone else is just pissed that Patriot players take pay cuts to stay at that team. No one likes that a team is able to become a dynasty in this day and age. TOO BAD!!! They obviously have what it takes, and since the NFC blew this year, the eagles are the only team that even deserve to step on that SB field in 2 days.

If you want the eagles to win thats fine, but quit talking **** about how the Patriots suck. Just cause they don't rely on big name players, and still win 14 games doesn't mean they suck. Show me another team that had as many injuries, and was able to make it to the SB. OH THATS RIGHT YOU CANT!! Not a single team did so good w/ so little.

But being serious about it is what gets to me. I don't like the spread myself. Not much you can do about it though. I still like how the Eagles feel compelled to talk smack even though they are the underdog.

It's a little more fuel for the fire in Foxboro.

the world is against us. No worries. The Pats are a truly dominant team, and ppl dont want to hear it because they are either[A.] fans of their obvious local team, or[B.] (the most common one), they are nothing but media hype followers. They oogle the nike commercial stars and 1-man team players, cuz the jersey looks cool. New england sports teams have never been nationally appreciated. No reason at all to expect to see it now, (even though the pats are a dynasty). So just keep on giving us new englanders love, lord knows the Pats and the Redsox have earned it. Also, if memory serves me well, the Pats have lost only 4 games in the last 2 years, wow, thats a sucky team if i've ever seen one. Anyway, WOOT PATRIOTS,keep on winning and making us new englanders proud.
