Republic Signet staff <can i have it?>Follow

iv been hunting bazars for a week or so now looking for one of these staffs, but iv yet to find one. all the rank 10 i know are either sandy or windy, so if anyone is rank 10 bastok and will sell me one of these i would appriciate it. /t Atrox ^^
