Does any one know if u can use the Registraion key you get from buying the windows Version of FF online on the PS2 version its the same right? or is they Diffrent keys?
plz help because i bought the ps2 version about 6 months ago start playing then i stoped for 3months and lost my playonline account so i wanna play again but i dotn want to spend 100$ on the game again.
my Computer sux so i cant just use the windows Version on my computer sadly >_<"edit

plz help me.... /cry i whould just buy the Windows Version and then see if it works and then if not Return but sadly they dont let you ..../sigh
Im pretty sure it does. I think you can install the windows version with the PS2 ID and visa versa.
Also, the PC version is really cheap. Like $30 for FFXI and zilart. Toss in another $30 for CoP. No big deal.

Note: I play on the PC using an account originally created using the PS2 version.
As long as you have the correct discs (i.e. PS2 for playing on PS2, PC for playing on PC) to install the POL Viewer and FFXI+Zilart(+CoP) you can use any POL ID.
Once you're online the service is exactly the same, but you can't use PS2 discs to install on the PC, or vice versa :-/
