Along with my monk leveling I'm now considering starting my climb towards Sky. Is there anyone that is looking into doing this mission any time soon? From what I hear it's a real pain in the @$$. LoL

yes the fight is bcnm style.
other then having a good map, and getting to the place there are two important factors in this.
1: reseting tonberry hate . they use a move called "everyone's rancor" the damage is based off of tonberry hate. meaning everytime you hit a tonberry you aquire some hatred by the tonberry. as your hate grows the special move tonberry use will grow stronger. to reset this hate you need to talk to a guy in raboa. a small quest must be done after this.
2: a damn good sleeper. you have to make damn sure to keep these things asleep. I suggest at the very least 65+ to go on these . not just to be safe but there is really no need to be in sky under 65 anyway other than to just look around.
If you win the BCNM your then transported out of the area. so dont plan on someone in the group going with more than 1 pt. when you exit you'll be so far from the ones that havent went in yet that it will almost be impossible to get back alone.
P.S. yo warf when you read this go ahead and start checking on cerment headstone locations. some can be done solo with no fight involved. go ahead and start knocking them out. and we can get the fight ones done. the onry hard one to get to really is the yhotar jungle one. got to go a good walk through ifrits couldron yo get to it.

I do need ZM4 mission done as well.
From my only one and unsuccesfull try a few month back, all I could remember is:
a) Having a map really helps getting to loc.
b) Needs a brush of some sort to use in pictures room.
c) Some tonberry lamps or fire to light some torchs like in the castle oztroja magicite mission.
d) Of the 3 mobs there's a Smn, Thf & can't remember the last one job, but I think is blm, they must be killed in a specific order, leaving the smn for last and having to concentrate on both the smn and his spirit avatar, since to my party's demise, the spirit was the cause of our fall by casting astral flood on us and we were just concentrating on the smn.
e) My tonberry hate is Uber, so resetting it is a Yes,Yes for me that could be resetted in norg by npc near steps.
f) only 1 party of up to 6 players at the time is allowed in.
g) And no offense to anyone that is interested in doing it, but being 60+ or over lvl 65 is a better idea IMO and a better chance at succeeding and defeating that mission, but nothing is lost by trying at any decent lvl.
So, if you got a spot open for a low lvl paladin, sign me in ^^.

um to my understanding it is whenever you're in a pt that kills a tonberry you get hate... not when ever you hit one. That's why ppl say you can call for help on them and it isn't added to your hate.
