Why dont people invite thiefs?I have been sitting in Jueno all week looking for party and only got one invite.I consider myself to be a excellent thief.Anyone who has partied with me can tell you.But why no invites?I can bring alot more to a party than other jobs.I am just really frustrated.I know this week might have been bad week. But i have noticed the higher level my thief becomes the less invites i receive.Just wandering what everyone else thought about this.

IMO thieves are great. Good dmg dealers (sata) great pullers ^_^ and awesome when they bring more drops from a kill! I have some pointers that could save you some trouble finding pt.

1.Remember the people you partied with and try to save them as friends remember friends are great to have!

2. Never be ashamed when you are about to leave a pt to "advertise yourself a little" say simple things like if you see me around please invite me, or it was great partying with you guys hope to party with you or some of you again.

3. Use the edit comment button although it seems minor it does help ^_^ put things inside about yourself and what kind of pt you are looking for, if you decide you want to pt with japanese players as well use the auto translation feature.

Granted this will not always get you a pt right away it will decrease the wait time a bit. well good luck and have fun ^_^ b

Well, if you aren't using the search comment you should be. Put stuff about how much TNL you are, if you have any good gear: Emp, Leeping boots etc..., maybe what kind of food you use. Also, if you are sitting in Jeuno maybe you should try going to the place where you are going to exp at, sometimes people tend to get the nearest person just to save time. And I guess if you are really desperate you can start sending /tells to PT leaders seeing if they have an opening for a THF. Don't forget you can always make you own parties.

Thieves will always have a harder time finding parties over any other job, save dragoon. After level 65 or 66, once Dark Knight's
get Spinning Slash, another nail is added to the thief's coffin.

DRK/ THF at 65 will hammer out way more dmg then a THF at 65, and this continues pretty much for the rest of the time until 75.

When you take in the fact that the dagger is the weakest damage and that a Great Sword is one of the most damage, you see how DRK's always get chosen before THF's. Their ability to close a light skillchain far surpasses that of the THF.

Trust me, you can have all the good gear and still be ignored while LFG.

- Hairpin, Boots, Misericorde, Scorpion Harness... I have all this and still I am constantly LFG. Sorry bud, but you gotta get used to it, or form your own parties.
