Sandoria Mission 7-2Follow

Hey ^^; im a 61 BLM and i need mission 7-2, but the problem is i cant afford sleepga II (up to 500k+ last time i looked :/) and i cant get help for the quest without offering alot of money.. which i dont have. Can anyone help me, maybe let me join a pt that has a BRD.. i really want rank 8 >< thank in advance.
