Well today many people of Cerberus tryed to take down the mighty Vrtra.. i was there and saw most of it died a total of 4 times >.< but.. sadly we failed perhaps another time we can reign supreme well anyway it was so close.. had like 9% HP left when it 2 houred again... then it was all chaos anyway i got some good screen shots but not sure how to get them on here if anyone else has any please post them here ^_^ it was still alot of fun ~8D

The biggest one shot massacure I have ever seen is in Dynmais San D'Oria and we let an Orc Summoner to Astral Flow... Killing all 35 people at once XD

Few things to add on Vrtra...
Lost at 10% health due to a second Spike Flail which was unrecoverable. Next weekend he'll be our *****. If you're looking for some SS there will be some on KI soon. The fight will go smoother once people stop making silly mistakes XD

That may actually bad thing to do as that may mess up hate control if Demetrios is kiting o.o
I am guessing you will need 1 alliance to kill pops, while have someone to kite Vrtra, and all the Rangers, Samurais, Monks, Black Mage nuke the dragon.

he was only being kited when things started getting out of control o.O having the healing hate spread out seems like it'd help a lot, rather than a single whm accounting for 90% of the cures

Actually Highpower never beat Vrtra. they got owned, only got it to 95ish % health as where we got it to 7-10%. Just lost to some mistakes that will be easily remedied next time. I can't wait till next weekend. Being the First NA's to kill Vrtra and the first on the server would be really awesome. Not to mention being the first NA bard in Manteel (/grin)
Sorry it didn't work out for you guys! That dragon is pure death, but you will get it eventually.
Also, a little thing that bugs me when reading this forum. The term "****" is considered to be a bit of an ethnic slur. Its sort of the same thing as calling any ethnic or national group by insulting names. Use it if you wish, but I see it as a poor reflection of your character. How will the japanese ever respect us if we call them offensive names all the time?

LOL toast, it's not really being used as an ethnic slur, but w/e. Its a whole lot easier then typing Japanese players.
BTW how are we supposed to respect them when JP Only is in the search comment or the better then you attitude a lot of them seem to have >.>

Yeah, the whole JP only thing is irritating, but I think its more of a language thing than a genuine dislike of NA players. I think if more of us were polite to JP players, things might change.
I'll agree with Warf on the very Annoying "JP ONLY" which is nothing more than a racist note on some very immature japanese players, because regardless if you send them a mssg on auto-translator, they still will not answer back or will answer back in japanese eventhough is obvious that I used auto-translate to communicate an invite for party, even got some replies as to no english no party, but w/e, is their loss, albeit not all can be put in the same lvl, since there are a lot other that don't mind where you come from and will party with you, regardless of NA-JP-EU background.
Hopefully one day, all this will pass and SE initial intention of all of us playing together regardless of barriers will come to fruition, but still might be wishful thinking.....
Back to the original thread I and my linkshell are still nowhere near capacity to battle Vrtra or even the Gods, since we still evolving and working on growing up as a linkshell, I also hope to one day come here and post that we were able to be that flying reptilian as well, the road is long but my steps are firm.
Hopefully one day, all this will pass and SE initial intention of all of us playing together regardless of barriers will come to fruition, but still might be wishful thinking.....

The way you refered Japanese players in this comment involve in a WWII racist rhetoric, please do not use it.
Branding "JP Only" as nothing more than racist is not correct. Yes some are racist, but some is communication issue. Please do not generalize.

However, **** could be considered that way, i'm not racist therefore I didn't take it as such. How could we serve YOU better? JP, Japanese? How would YOU like me to type? Now, if I was using other derogitory(sp?) terms like chinq, slant eyes, or some of the more colorful ones feel free to slap me around. and "****" isn't being used in anywhere near the same context as it was in WWII. No one is saying "those damn ****" or "lets go nuke some ****" Please get off your soap box.

Back on topic, if I got time this weekend I'll be down there to watch me thinks, looks like a really fun fight, I went down when HP got wiped twice w/o movin the HP bar at all.
