The last 3 days my lvl 53 THF friend and another lvl 40 THF decided to hunt Stroper Chyme. We spent countless hours (over 16 hours)hunting Stroper Chyme. We must of killed over 150 Stroper Chyme with TH2 and it never dropped. Ihave come to this conclusion: Either SE REALLY gimped the drop rate or Stroper Chyme does neot drop Archer's Ring anymore. and decided to make it ~gasp~ a coffer drop. >< GAAAAH i need all the money i can get for my wedding and that Chyme wasted so much of my time and GIl.
Dude, they tweaked the drop rate and increased the spawn spots. There's a reason Gamegirl never leaves he/she's making bank on those suckers.
AHAAHAH your wrong. Gamegirl left Ordelles. She now hunts Poison hand and Hawkeye in Davoi.Its gonna be funny when poisonahnd kills Gamegirl: ~Poisonhand readies Hundred Fists~ ~Gamegirl suffers a ton of dmg and dies~
Yeah... I was farming there last night for chest keys for my fiancee's RSE, and Gamegirl was nowhere to be found. It's certainly gotten a lot more active, since there's so much more ground to cover with the multiple spawn spots.
I even got a chance to knock one out while we were in between Goliath Beetles, lol. (b^_^)b

the drop rate on archers rings is not very good, but it never was a good drop rate, thats why its worth so much. if it dropped every 20 kills it would be worth less then 100k and no one would want to camp it. it certainly still drops them, i got one 2 days ago, and those new gil sellers sell at least 5 of them a day.
Yea thats what i don't get though, my friends and I farmed them endlessly over 160.... and still no drop, while gil-sellers manage to get them 5 times a day with WAR/THF sub while i had a Thief with TH2 and another one with TH. Its a conspiracy >.>

lol, Stroper Chyme has been dropping fine for me, i guess it has slowed down a bit but i am 12/300+ on SC and still counting...running out of cash again so ill be back in the caves this week.
Well there you have it. Didn't know Gamegirl wasn't in there anymore I've only been in there twice in the last few months looking for the damn chest...Although if that slime pops in front of me, you know I'm gonna take a shot =)
