To my knowledge, most NA Dynamis are currently run by a Tu'Lia or HNM LS. If I have not mistaken, KoN, Nihl, PaiMei, and WhirlingWind all runs their own Dynamis. A person you may want to talk to Fateholder, he may be helpful in such situation.
We talked in the game yesterday, and let's talk again today if you want to, there may be another way I can get you into Dynamis, which I forget to tell you yesterday.
