lvl 20 Static Party Anyone?Follow

Opps Well Anyways im lvl 17 BRD and im interested in SPing when i get up to atleast 20 or earlier Its me and im pretty sure a lvl 18 WHM from my Ls wants to party too so we need DDs and a Tank /tell Me in game Clifford im on alot.
