Yes Pikko's is good info. If you're just looking to pop off some juices or pies then just go to Port Bastok or the other vendor listed above.

All I can remember is you need fruit seeds and I believe water crystals. I'm not sure on plant/harvest day or pot. I think it's earthen pot but don't quote me. >.>
