Hats off to him!
I remember seeing all of the complaints about Necrid and stuff and I even ran into some trouble with him.
Well, we invited him into the LS last night and he was absolutely no problem. He was really kind and helpful and an overall good player!
So, welcome into the LS Necrid!
But I have one question.
Why haven't there been any recent complaints about him?

I talked to Necrid a while back when all those rants were going around,
he told me it was all bull..
the guy who wrote those complaints was mad cause he was hitting on his GF or something dumb like that. so the guy wrote all them rants about him.
thats why I simply dont listen to the rants till I talk to the person

Well, since he was finally *sane* I asked him why he was such an *** to me and he told me that it was when his younger brother was allowed onto his account. Now he is the only one who plays. =P
I ran into Necrid once last year... mainly /shouts in Windurst Woods. But he sounded like a total noobtrain so I /blisted him. Took him -off- /blist the next day, just because (I hadn't started anything huge, so I figured he wouldn't pull any stunts).
No problem since. And if it was his little brother, then... hey. Right on.

Ran into him in the den of rancor the other night. Seemed just fine.

First of all, yah he's changed. He's a lot nicer now and talks to me quite often. I havn't forgot what happened, but no point in holding a grudge when he's said sorry and actually meant it.
He's twisted the story round there to try make him sound a bit better, but whatever... go find the thread and read the true story if you'd like.
And no, that was never his brother running around playing his char. He did everything that he's done.
But to finish on a good note...
As I said he's changed and learnt a lesson, he's not like he use to be and can be a good guy at times. Give him a chance just incase you blisted with what you saw on here...

Yes Necrid is a nice guy, I think he gets heat from people from the way he plays.

:P I remember months ago he said my ex g/f was a guy in RL XD lol but i havent talked to him much since so i cant say i just always had a bad inpression of him from that day heh w/e

I partied with him twice recently... At first I saw him and thought:
Wow! A notorious player! lol The "necrid rant" lingered forever in these forums, but I wanted to see for myself what he was like.
By the end of the day he showed that whatever issues there were back in the day were either fabricated, or he simply moved past them. No drama, no arguments... Just did his job in the party.
(The little brother thing could also explain it... lol)

Necrid has always been nice to me.. everytime i have seen him and talked to him. I asked him about the posts on here and he said it was his brother. From what I understand his brother still does play his character from time to time. I know its his brother when he doesnt respond the same way lol.
He sent me tell today tho says he will be gone for about 7 months.. >< He is a nice guy and fun to talk with. He will be missed.

I think he is a great player. I don't know anything about his personality IRL; but he was very pleasent to party with today!

Apparently he attempted to MPK people in my LS a couple of days ago....funny thing is about a month ago he popped in my LS for a few hours.
