I'll be honest here. I call it as I see it.
Smitz took control of a situation, and profited from it. He used real life skills to take advantage of a situation. I know you guys say "friendship is sacred," but I remind you, someone with real integrity would point out that something he was loaning wasn't his to loan, and usually wouldn't loan it in the first place. From what I've heard of this Sairyu guy, he isn't all that you guys have him labeled to be. What kind of person needs to buy gil off the internet? Come on! And what kind of person loans out a friend's item? It sounds to me like you guys are pointing the fingers at the wrong person. Sairyu is disreputable, and you're backing him to someone who at least has a set of morals and values. The actions that Smitz took were made based on his observations of this online troll, and he didn't even know that Raviont owned the damn thing. In fact, there were "/tells" sent to him by Sairyu admitting to him that the bafoon bought the thing for 1,000 USD.
Someone who's willing to get what he wants by taking means against EULAs deserves something like this to happen to him. Considering the careful investigations Smitz made before taking a calculated move, I give him credit, and you guys should to.
Consider the real bafoon here. Smitz revealed him. It's Saiyru. OPEN YOUR EYES!
