hello! i used to play on carbuncle with a few of my friends and im planning on coming back. what i have been told with some of the people ive kept in touch with was that many of the server have no mid or low end player bases anymore... so it would be hard for me to level... how is it? and how is this server? how is the economy- stuff like that.

Not sure how to answer that. 0_o After the big update, server pop. has been real low.
Pre-Update: /sea all 2600-3000, peak 3200-3800 avg.
Post-Update /sea all 1500-2200, peak seen 4000 once
The server has lost alot of active players due to disconnects and overall connection.
I don't know what the reason is, SE says it suffers from DDoS attacks, however this has been happening awhile now.
Before all the problems, Cerberus wasn't a bad server, I have low level jobs that get parties pretty quick.

There are still people in the dunes at least... Not as much as last year for sure, but it's still possible to get a party.
The server's been having problems because of that Verizon/Wintel servered link to Japan so that some people can't get on. No clue if that's been fixed since I don't use Verizon.
