Tonight: SYSTEM OF A DOWN~!

Rest of the weekend get my BST to 35 (This will be really tough lol)

hmmmmm /think

- keep up with CoP (get all 3 forks done? lol)
- get brd to 47/48 (not gonna put my hope up lol)

hmm thatz all :D

- Level WHM (would like 60 by the end of the weekend, but that's highly doubtful)
- Get G3 done
- Maybe get off my laziness and start lvling up SMN. I could possibly get a good chunk of it out of the way if I'd put in a massive leveling session.... but I don't wanna >.>

That's about it. Other than try to relax a bit

I got my Zenith Crown and unsuccessfully camped Shikigami Weapon twice. I think I'm not meant to have that robe.

I just had one goal this weekend... my last chance at a blackbelt before the server knocked the NM deep into JP time.

But the whole thing just lead to one misunderstanding after another, and I ended up competing wit ha JP ranger with very deep pockets. He didnt have a high level monk, or the other two items. He was looking for a trophy but he had very deep pockets and he was a good customer at the fafnir camp.

I never had a chance from day one, but I was strung along with false hope the whole time.

First story: "show up and buy it since our LS member who wanted it isnt here."

Awsome. Finally a chance to go for my last blackbelt item. Arrive there

Second story: "Yea.. um. This other guy got here first. He gets it. Sorry. First come first serverd"

Third story: "But if you offer more to us, the item is yours. He already offered 1.5 mil"

So its a daily race? Fine. Better that then pay 2 mil. I log out there and am several hours early before the HNM.

Next day: "Ohh the promise to the other guy still stands, since it didnt drop yesterday. But hes not on yet so you still have a chance ^^"

Sadly he gave me the wrong name for the guy buying it. I sat there for a few hours and really got my hopes up. But it turns out the guy did arrive eventually and stood by his claim.

Final story: "this guy will pay more for it.. I just didnt want to come out and say it, so I strung you along for a while with false hope. Buisness is buisness, so better luck next time ^^"

Those arnt actual quote.. Just paraphrased highlites, and my own conclusion on the last part. So maybe I'm a bit bitter and irrational for not taking this well. Maybe there was a misunderstanding about the whole deal in the first palce? I never found out.

I really hate SE for making this a "guy with the most gil "earns" a blackbelt quest. There are only two LS on any given server can regularly have the manpower to claim ground gods. The rest of us casual players are out of luck.

I know what you mean, Thornn, the Dalmatica and Zenith Pumps are out of my reach. I don't have enough gil for them and I don't know why someone would want to sell me the abjurations in the first place.

I myself.... Went to Toronto, played a round of golf with my father, ate some "better" Chinese food -- no where on Earth that there is a place that matches Hong Kong cooking. Played a little FFXI... And slept a lot o_O;
