Dynamis Info and LSFollow

There's no cut and dry answer to that, it will vary by LS. For the most part, you choose to lot either AF or Money items. You usually can only lot AF if you're 70+ in that job.

As far as money items go, there are many misc items (colossal skull, lancewood log, infinity core, etc) as well as Dynamis Currency. The currency is where you'll see the biggest fluxuation in lotting rules. In my first HNMLS it was 100 bills could be lotted but single bills went straight to the LS. In my current one, all singles just fall to whomever, the first 100 bill goes to LS to fund Dynamis/Events/Etc, and the rest are free lot. Both ways have their merits.
