99 days of ffxi {you can have this}Follow

Well fellow players it has been 99 days of fun in the sun on ffxi, but I'm taking a long extended vacation to get back to some hobbies in RL. In 99 days of game time I've had many many memorable moments both in accomplishments and in embarassment. Some of these I'll share in this post, and I'm sure a few of you readers will relate. First I would like to give props to some of my friends on this game for being the players that they are.
Suspect- met pebble in the dunes one day when my wife was playing. He helped her alot when pebble was in the 20's to 30's of rdm. Suspect became a good ingame friend to both of us and still is.
Kereah- You are one crazy mithra rdm, and have been a good friend to both of us "wife and I". I hope to see you finally get sky before the year 2006 hits. =) Your 75 now, time to get it done. j/k
Josieeeee- Wow, I dont' really know what to say here. {lol} We have done so many af,roz,cop together that if I were to list them all here this post would be 10 pages long. One thing is for sure, Josieeee is a good player. Regardless of what people say about Josieeee, I would have that mithra as a wingman every chance I get. Moody at times? {yes} Able to drive a party nutts? {yes} Able to keep people alive and accomplish a mission? {most definately}
Dano,Billicans,Champlaine,Phanex,Erefille,Psychoclownz and the rest of the old timers and newcomers to EoG {Epitome of Greatness} You all have came a long ways from 8 months ago when this LS was formed. Keep going you guys rock!
Fakhiri- Man for those of you that know Fakhiri will agree with me on this, pure talent for a whm. Fakhiri and I have been friends for a long time and I hope that YF does get him to sea by the time I get back to playing regularly again.
Munkey- This is a good story of how a friendship developed. One night I was in lower jeuno crafting and saw a shout for Promy dem. I answered and off we went to get a win. That one night turned into a month and a half of nothing but CoP mission after CoP mission. [lmao] Munkey took an entire Ls "To Paradise" and got the shell access to sea, the garden, and all of us to ring holders. {tamas} I have said this before and I'll say it again, thank you munk and damn good job of being a good leader. When the new expansion comes out I hope you do it again, I'll gladly sign up for that team. " I know you are already thinking this in you little hume mind too already" =)
Some of the things that I would like to point out now about this game. FFXI is an amazing game in many many different aspects. You truly can escape evertime you log in and have some type of adventure. You meet people and develop friendships that can last ingame and out of game in RL. For those of you that are really into this game, I get it. Raising you character is alot of addicting fun. You learn new things all the time & new things are always being added for us to learn about. Flat out this game is just pure fun. My accomplishments in the 99 days of game time are pretty damn strong and is something that I'm proud of. This game is the type of game that if you really put your mind and effort into achieving something you see the reward. I was rank 5 from lvl 40ish to late 60's for a long time. Then I started hearing this when I would join a forming experience party. person a: "where we camping?" person b: "not sure yet, how about sky?" person a: "everyone have sky access?" person f: "whats sky?" - well I was person f for about 2 partys and I then decided to figure out how to get sky. So off I went to get rank 6. It was here that my rank 6 party turned into rank 8 and 3 or 4 RL days later we were all rank 10. {-Hany- incredibly tough pld.} The next week I banged out RoZ to get sky access. {divine might this friday to finish off RoZ hopefully.} So not to make this post much longer I would like to say this to you all. Quiting is not in my vocabulary. Taking a break from this game after playing for a year and a half is good for everyones mind. "Peeps shouldn't log off to go to sleep to only lay there tossing and turning thinking about the next skill chain sequence." I have made many friends on this game and intend on maintaining those friendships and hope to have many more adventures with you all when I decide to finish blm off to 75 and start the new expansion pack.

p.s. To all of you that post on the forums keep it up. You all make my day go by much faster here at work with some of the chat you all come up with. Keep it real and keep it positive peeps. c-yah!!!
