Bad news Cerberus, I was expecting things to get bad but it seems a new crop of gilsellers are out.

Proof: Go to www. mysupersales. com

Just thought I should put this out there, if anyone is still waiting for the prices of stuff to drop then don't bother, I think it would be best to buy what we can now before inflation gets horrible again, I'll be posting this on KI so they are also aware.

Edit: For some reason it won't let me post the URL.

I still think banning gil sellers is only a superficial fix of the problem. It is more important to fix game mechanics that gil sellers exploit while the same time doing things encourage people not to buy gil.

As long as there are considerable amount of people want to buy gil, the gil sellers will continue try to come back in some form -- may be "more legal" than the old ones.

Add:

Do notice gil prices now are much higher than the past :P That does tell you SE does deliever considerable of damage to the past gil seller system.

You're kidding, right? SE just wasted a whole mess of gilsellers, and lo and behold... prices are slowly falling. I don't think it's practical to say that gilsellers kept prices down - it'd be very illogical for them to do so. If your job was to make as much gil as possible in as short of a time as possible, would you be lowering prices on items? Heck no, you wouldn't. Another example came around Christmas 2005, when so many people bought gil that the economy got flooded and prices skyrocketed because the little gilbuying bastards paid ridiculous prices for things. They didn't care, they had so much gil, it didn't matter, right?

Anyhow, I just thought I'd take a moment to explain why I disagreed with you, bodytemp. Take care. ^-^/

speedly if ya think bout it this way:

gilsellers exploited the game like botting and such to optain items that normal players would have trouble getting because we are only human and a bot can seek out a NM and kill it faster then we can so because of this alot of high lvl stuff was in ah alot (not ALOT alot but in there) but then SE got rid of most of the gilsellers the items arnt there that often demand rises price rises dramatically so yes prices are dropping slowely in AH but gilsellers kept it stable

P.S i am not a gilseller lover i think they sucks like hell:)
