I need help from some High Levels on getting the Carbuncle Mitts.
I currently just got lvl 20 SMN and I just got the Temple Offering.
Ill probaly be on for rest of the night if you can give me a tell or just post here if you want to plan it for this weekend. Im offering 100k for each person that wants to help or if you just want to help me for fun.
My name on game is Lox. I had to use Loxz because Lox was already taken. All help is appreciated.

Loxz... you got offering already? So what's your highest job? Might wanna bring that to the NM fight for the mitts... bringing your 20 smn is insta-death upon trading the offering...
Also, I'm sorry, but it makes me sick to my stomache to see a lvl 20 smn asking for carby mitts. JFC, You don't need them. Yes, they help... yes, they're a lvl 20 item... but they're also a status symbol more than equip. Having a pair of the mitts means not only might you have a higher level job, but you at least have higher level help. IMO, if you have your mitts before lvl 50, people will also begin to ask you if you have Fenrir. Afterall, if you can beat one IT++ NM, you should be able to beat an IT+++ Prime...
If you need your mitts, maybe we could work something out... However, you'd be incredibly lucky (and spoiled) to have carby mitts at lvl 20 smn... Quite a few of the HL smn's that help out with the Carby Mitt runs had to wait till they were past lvl 50 to get their mitts.
Anywho, you should try to hit Aphrini, Tequslyder, Sheerr(name gets more complex), Nebz, Aeonis, Ratapa, Callista.. and I'm sure I forgot a couple of our PS holders... You'd benefit more in your SMN career if you'd use the LS and become an active member in it... but if you're just wanting mitts w/o the strings attached... I'm sure something could be arranged.

Although I agree C Mitts is a nice thing to have, I tend to agree with Nebz that it is generally leave a bitter feeling if have some level 75 help you to get through quests and NMs that is not intended for a level 20. The sense of accomplishment is a lot less if you "leech" through everything.

I have the gloves, but i dont have Fenrir, I'm 58. I also have diabolos lol. Well i guess i need to find someone to leech off for fenrir. So hard to try to pretend to not be a newb these days :P
I myself did not got Fenrir nor Carby Mitts until I was level 75 -- of course, I am not Summoner main. In some sense, I see the importance of Fenrir is a lot higher than Carby Mitts (which only practical use ... save you MP only on one specific avatar). I did the Fenrir fight also the "hard way" by tanking it straight up with a few old friends like Zicrod, Marzipan, and Quasit (and someother people) who of course didn't get Fenrir until all into level 70+ (yes tanking it straight up... was truely a nasty and difficult).
I hold no objection for paying someone to help you get Fenrir. The road to Fenrir is long, and raising the money and finding the people who can actually did that takes a lot of effort. At the same time, a level 20 summoner probably do not need Fenrir right away.

I was gonna say that most summoners below who are a lower level with Fenrir probably had higher level jobs when they went to get them. My summoner is at level 31, and i've still yet to solo Leviathan just to get the avatar. Then again I get lost every time I try to attempt going to Norg.
Carby mitts are one of those luxury items. Yes they are nice, yes they help you out, but is it really worth all that time and effort if you're a lower level? I don't think so, in my honest opinion. I wouldn't mind having a pair someday. I dunno how much good a lvl 58 whm would be in that NM battle considering I think you need an alliance to kill that NM. (I could be wrong).
