Yea you came to the server at the wrong time. Cerberus has been shrinking since mid 2005.

Cerberus is among one of the top NA servers in terms of NA players presence and activity -- Cerberus Alla and KI forums are top 3 of all servers. It is just seems natural that more NA drama and fights on Cerberus. But of course we cannot be beat Fairy :3

Some day I will quit too... just do not know when. But make no mistake about it, I am sick and tired of Cerberus drama.

I can tell you this I don't regret deleteing Chausie 2 times just to make sure I don't come back to Cerberus.

I can say this much. Not all servers are like Cerberus.
Lakshmi I think is the greatest. You would be shocked on how people treat you there.

I can surely say that this game has made me abit bitter in RL. I'm sure in no time I will be the person I use to be before this game. Anyways, I'm glad I did it. No regret about it. And for those so sure I will be back. Don't hold your breath.

It really depends on what type of drama -- item drama or personal fights. Those 2 can be linked together depending on the LS...

I personally really hate item drama. I don't mind people being "greedy". Hell, I want a Kirin Osode and a Byakko Haidate too, but i am not going to fret over other people for that, and definetly won't change LS easily just because some LS offers to me give me one if I think it will cause fights with other people. I am happy where I am right now (<3 Moggie <3), but I will leave my options open to join an end game LS when I feel it is time.

I left Nihl and Lydya LS on no negative terms. I am just tired of Dynamis and sometimes Nihl arguments kind of make me angry. I am not saying Nihl is bad, all LS have arguments... I am still very close to a lot of Nihl members, and we still do stuff together occasionally.

May be the fact I avoid fights in the game is a bad thing for me... It doesn't give me an excuse to quit ^^:;;;;

Were you in... "Thehopefull"(before it feel apart) ?

Don't be bitter in real life cause of asses on a game server, they are only 1% of the population in the WORLD and you don't even meet them in RL.

Drama sticks to groups and individuals. If you're sick of it, change your LS or your friends.

Heck, I've been playing pretty much since the NA release and my life on Cerberus has been drama free. Just lots of good friends.

As to the population shrinking, I still see just over than 4000 on at peak times as always.

I tend to see dramas to be more common among larger LSs (regardless of type). I do think event or item oriented LS (which a lot of high level LSs are) do tends to cause more friction. I will do say, bad dramas are not limited to "HNM LSs", it is common sight in larger chat or lower level LSs.

The two best LS leader I have met -- Mogknight (Moggie be proud, you are good tarutaru) and Branwen (she, for all pratical purposes, had quited) -- they are very personal and nice, enjoy fun bantering and helpful, and not so much in bragging and item -- both have/had fairly good item and is quite active in end game, and you can feel there are equal to you. They neither like to put other people down -- that is one major problem with larger LSs, you start to have rivalry with other groups and individuals.

I do think, only way to be personal and casual in talking, is to be in smaller LS. Larger LS is always harder to interact, and harder to do things that pleases everyone -- LS leaders and members are just too busy to be able to care individual interests.
