He didn't die of a heart attack he died from an internal hemorrhage, I wonder what could have caused that?

So the doctor got it wrong, the media got it wrong, and everyone else got it wrong by trying to jump on the opinion-forming bandwagon before anyone had all the facts.

I'm not surprised.
