We're arriving in Frankfurt on Tuesday morning three hours apart (me from Angola, Mrs. Totem from San Francisco) and spending four days on the Rhine, three days in the Netherlands (one in Amsterdam, one at Keukenhof, and one at the Hague), one day in Bruges, Belgium, and four days in gay Parie (s'up, Red?). Other than eating all the Belgian chocolate and drinking all the German beer I can, are there any particular sights I should go see or experience? Yeah, yeah, save your amsterdam red light district ******** for someone else. We'll visit it, but I'm not expecting anything beyond a bunch of worn out old whores. Gimme the inside good stuff that tourists don't know about.

If any of you happen to be in the area between 29 April and 12 May, give me a shout here. Quick.

Not this time, old chap. Hopefully we'll be back in mid-August and we'll swing by through London and then hit the Alps on down to Italy.

The Van Gough museum in Amsterdam. THen buy Mrs totem a diamond.
If you visit Rotterdam, the harbor area was patterned after what Baltimore did for its inner harbor. We alas have no ferris wheel.
The Bridge at Nijmegan, imagine Robert Redford paddling like mad across the river.
By the way you may find the Belgian Beer is better than the German.

Yeah, we're planning on hitting the Van Gogh museum, Anne Frank's home, the red light district, the Rembrandt museum, and the bigger diamond place-- I forget the name offhand. My wife is in charge of Planning and Activities and I am the moneyman.

Much Belgium beer should be consumed, but where is the Chimay brewery? I'd love to drain their vats dry.
