Let me tell you there are three (well actually more, but that'd be even more redundant) possibilities here. 1) TDS and SNL both influence people less than CBS (for example). 2) TDS is less effective at influencing than CBS, and CBS is less effective at influencing than SNL. 3) TDS and SNL are both more effective at influencing than CBS.
You started with the statement x<=y, but you have NOT said what x and y are relative to other shows, z.
All of the following are valid possibilities.
x<=y<z
x<=y<=z
x<=y=z
x<=z<=y
z=x<=y
z<=x<=y
z<x<=y

There are rules for enabling exotic mounts, but it varies with setting of course. If you were in a planes campaign or something it wouldn't make much sense.
