That doesn't change the fact that his last account reached 1600 posts. If they really wanted him gone, they'd keep banning each account as it comes up, but they don't/can't be ***** to, so why bother in the first place?

Because Kao and Varrus are closet commies.

I think a large part of it is that people get bored after a while and ask for him to be unbanned so they have something to point and laugh at.

Did he get banned? I thought he just slipped so far down in rating that even non-filtering doesn't show his posts.

I assume he did, because I can still see his posts. Or some of them anyway.

nah, he was still a ways from unrated. There's a stage where his posts pop in and out of view.

I'm so outstanding at my job that I simply always have time to waste, no matter what task I take on. I'm currently fulfilling 3 roles for my company due to this lovely economy and still have time to waste here. I'd be devestated if you weren't here to make me laugh. I'd have to go harrass people on the game forums and try to pull them into =28.

It is the St Louis Rams. It's also sad that the media is flat out lying about what Rush has said in the past. Then again that's what liberals do; they lie about people who disagree with them.

And for the record he was right about Mcnabb. Had he been a white quarterback in philly playing the way he has he'd have been fired long ago. TO was 100% right about McNabb.

It's the owners of the other NFL teams that vote on whether he gets to own the Rams or not. There have been multiple negative racial comments, particularly about black athletes, all documented - many right on his own site. Already the ball players are threatening to not play for him.

You, like Rush, can blame it on the media, but clearly it's free market capitalism at work.

No, but they do get a say in whether or not they'll continue working. At least, they do if they have a union.

God you're stupid. So according to you in a free market if you have the money to buy something you shouldn't be allowed to based on political preference? Yeah that's freedom. If the owner of the Rams wants to sell and Rush has the money to buy that's all that should matter. Employees generally don't get a say in whether or not the companies ownership changes hands.
The NFL is a franchise organization. Board members do get a say - almost always. You're stupid.

Let me put it to you this way, Varrus.

If you had the money to buy Whole Foods, and they all could read the things you were writing on here, the franchise owner has the right to refuse to sell it to you based on your character. See, he/she doesn't want their name besmirched by the cloud of ugliness that you present in public. Hypothetically, of course.

And if you were to somehow purchase it, the employees could very, very easily quit and leave you with no one to work for you.

In the long run, it makes more sense for the NFL to refuse the purchase when it could, in effect, ruin their good name and leave St. Louis without a team to call it's own.

You mean like hiring convicted murderers, people who fight dogs, people who kill people while driving drunk. You're delusional if you think Rush could hurt the NFL's image more than Vick or any of the other thugs they give oppurtunity after oppurtunity.

Someone cursing at me is quite different than someone who disagrees with my politics. Now if I refused to insure people I knew to be liberal democrats you might have something.

I'm not saying you're wrong about that, just that they are in the right to do so. Which you didn't seem to understand.

What you or I or the bundits think is irrelevant. That's the point. The owners and operators get to decide what they think is best for their organization. Apparently they're pretty skeptical that letting Rush own a share of the NFL would be good for business.

Tulip,

I'm not saying they don't have the right to. What I am saying is that owners saying Rush will hurt the leagues image is BS. I am saying that sports/political pundits are fabricating quotes and attributing them to Rush to kill this. I am saying it seems unamerican to deny someone the oppurtunity to buy something based on their political preference.

Hmm. Ok, then. When you said:

You didn't mean that they don't have the right to block Rush's purchase? Color me mistaken. My apologies.

I meant exactly what I said. If the owner wants to sell and someone wants to buy it there shouldn't be a problem, as long as the money was earned legally.

But... I just explained the problem to you, and you said that the NFL has the right to block the purchase.

So which is it??

And yes, I believe easily that the profanity is not any more or any less than past administrations. This administration has been in the media and quoted quite a lot. Actually, what she was saying is that he curses no mroe or less than the next normal guy, but he's getting more attention from the media because he's the first black president, thus, there are more clips of him and his administration cursing.
