Agreed, and bookmarked!
The scientist in me questioned how the leaf-wings stayed in tact when the faerie itself had to undergo mummification to reach the imaginary state of preservation that you see.

Edit - I have a facebook page. One of my employees, when he was going to be out of the office for some reason, would email me through facebook. I had to get an account to reply to him. Turns out I had an account already. But since then many of my family members - even the aged like myself, have started pages as well as co-workers. My major use, though, is keeping up with my daughter and connecting to her blog.

My son denied my friend request. Smiley: glare

My ex sent me a friend request saying "I thought this would be a good way to contact one another if we need to!"

Because the multiple phone numbers and e-mail addresses for myself and Joph Jr aren't good enough (at least she never uses them) so she needs to friend me on Facebook Smiley: rolleyes

I deleted the request.

I can't upload photos from my phone anymore. No idea why. I can post from my phone, and I *used* to be able to upload pics, but it just stopped working.

I am friends with NPR on Facebook. An linked article discusses Myspace vs. Facebook and the percieved social divide that has been created. Seems many youngsters find myspace 'trashy'.

I'm thinking that my facebook page with all the little mafia/farmville pictures popping in constantly anytime looks pretty trashy. Even NPR is starting to feel a little cheesy.

I'm not too familiar with either site but have more experience browsing myspace. Probably damn near 90% of the pages I've come across on myspace are simply unreadable because of the ridiculous backgrounds people choose.

I hit level 250 a couple hours ago.

I just finished New York this past weekend and am now grinding my way through Cuba. I did one tier and started buying up Cuban businesses way back when I was level 35, so I have enough money and Politico Corrupto saved up that I should be able to just slash right through it as fast as my energy regen allows.

Moscow, on the other hand...been helping with jobs and doing fights in Moscow to try to get a decent bankroll going by the time I actually get there, but I'm a bit behind the curve.

Meh, I have it, but I am an idiot and leave myself logged in, then my girlfriend changes my status to "I like *****." When this is done the same four things happen: all my gay friends give the thumbs up on the "Like this," my 50+ year old aunts leave messages saying "Mani, what does this mean?," I lose a religious southern cousin as a facebook friend that I dont know too well, and I come back to find my gf has left herself logged in.....

Its happend three times now. You would think I would learn. Or that she would.

Anyway, it was better than myspace. I got so sick and tired of seeing 8/10 posts from ONE of my friends filling out dumb, meaningless quizzes. Yech.

My sister spent all freaking weekend playing MafiaWars and I kept getting level up notifications on my BlackBerry. Then she said "I'm going to quit playing on my computer and go out into the world". Then got another dozen levels.

I just started playing Pet Society and Cafe World on Facebook, and damn those games are addicting, especially Cafe World. Typing Maniac is fun too, plus it helps increase your hand eye coordination. Smiley: nod I've had my account for about three years now I think.

Smiley: lol Your comment about your aunt made me lmao. I have an aunt I just wish I could get rid of but instead I'm starting to learn to play with her mind. It's my new game. She just has no sense of humor whatsoever and I'm naturally a very sarcastic person. I'm sure by now she thinks my kids are duct taped nightly and I gleefully hang them over balcony rails and such.

I just got friended by a childhood friend who slimmed down in high school and became popular (and stopped chatting with me). I spent about 10 minutes looking at her pics, trying to see if she had any from when she was chubby.

Every single picture is her as a bleach-blonde, sun-tanned, and probably drunken college girl.

But she'll always be remembered as that chubby girl down the street to me! One of these days I need to find some old (IRL) photo albums and post pics of her as a kid. Mwahahaha.

Facebook makes me both evil(er) and a stalker(er).

Edit: Under her info, her interests including "parting." I'm guessing she meant partying. Classy.

I'll add them to the list, right behind all of the "leet" speakers. You weren't in a hurry were you, because that first group could take a while.
